Kitchen, bathroom & laundry renovations in Melbourne
We take the room back to the frame and build it again properly. One team manages demolition, trades, waterproofing, tiling, cabinetry and the final fit-off, so you deal with one person from first measure to handover.

Bathroom renovations
Most bathrooms we renovate go back to the frame. That lets us check for water damage, re-square walls, move plumbing where the new layout needs it and lay a compliant waterproofing membrane before a single tile goes down.
From there we tile floor to ceiling, fit frameless or semi-frameless showers, wall-hung or floor-standing vanities, niches with LED strip lighting, and the tapware and accessories you choose. Licensed plumbers and electricians are booked and managed by us.
Kitchen renovations
A kitchen renovation is mostly about layout and storage. We measure the space, plan where the sink, cooktop, ovens and fridge belong, and build cabinetry around how you actually cook. Islands, butler’s pantries, appliance towers and soft-close drawers are all standard options.
Benchtops are available in engineered stone, porcelain and laminate, with waterfall ends and mitred edges. Splashbacks, feature battens, rangehoods and lighting are coordinated so the room is finished as one design rather than a set of parts.
Laundry renovations
Laundries get used every day and are usually the least planned room in the house. We fit full-height linen and broom cupboards, drawer banks, hanging space, stone or laminate benchtops over the machines, and a proper tub with a pull-out mixer.
Where the laundry doubles as a mudroom or study nook, we design bench heights and storage to suit both uses.
One builder from demolition to handover
You deal with one person for the whole job. We prepare a fixed, itemised quote after a site visit, give you a start date and a schedule, keep the site tidy each day and walk the finished room with you before final payment.
Common questions
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A typical bathroom takes three to four weeks from demolition to handover, depending on size, layout changes and tile choice. We confirm the schedule in your quote.
How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Melbourne?
It depends on size, cabinetry, benchtop material and appliances. After a free site visit we give you a fixed, itemised quote so you can see exactly where the money goes.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical work?
Yes. We book and coordinate licensed plumbers and electricians as part of the job, so you don’t need to manage separate trades.
Can we keep using the house during the renovation?
Usually, yes. We seal off the work area, remove rubbish daily and plan noisy work for set hours.
