What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you’re interested in and anything you write about your project.
To understand which pages and advertising bring people to us, we also record the page you first arrived on, the website or search that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. When you tap our phone number or email address, we record that the link was used and on which page.
If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, using cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote.
- To carry out and manage work you engage us for.
- To understand how people find and use our website so we can improve it.
- To filter out spam and unsolicited sales messages.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t send marketing email.
Who we share it with
We only share your details where it’s needed to do the work, for example with a licensed plumber or electrician working on your project, or where the law requires it. Our website and enquiry data are hosted with Cloudflare, and analytics is provided by Google. These providers may store data outside Australia.
How we protect it
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within 30 days.

If you’re concerned about how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
